At Success Trans Bali, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable service from start to finish. Below are the terms and conditions for our Delivery Policy, outlining how we handle deliveries of services, including vehicle rentals and tour bookings.

1. Delivery of Services

Airport Transfer Services:

• Our airport transfer services will be available at the designated pick-up location in the arrivals area of Ngurah Rai International Airport. Our representative will greet you and escort you to your vehicle, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Car Rentals (With or Without Driver):
• For car rentals, Success Trans Bali offers free delivery and pick-up within designated areas (e.g., Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and others). If you are located outside these areas, additional delivery fees may apply.
• Delivery to Hotel/Villa: If you're renting a car, we will deliver it directly to your hotel or villa address within the designated areas. Delivery will be done at a convenient time for you, as agreed upon during the booking.
• Pick-Up Service: The car must be returned to the designated pick-up location at the agreed time. If there are any issues with the return, please contact us to arrange a suitable solution.
• Tour Bookings: For tours, pick-up and drop-off will be arranged as per the tour schedule. Our driver will pick you up from your location and drop you off at the final destination or your accommodation after the tour.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Airport Transfer Services: Our team will ensure that the vehicle is ready and waiting for you at the agreed time. We understand the importance of punctuality, and your driver will be there to meet you promptly at the airport.
• Car Rentals: Car rentals will be delivered directly to your location at the designated time. If the delivery time needs to be adjusted, kindly inform us in advance.
• Tours: For tour bookings, the vehicle will arrive at the agreed pick-up location on time, based on the tour schedule. Timely communication is essential to ensure smooth coordination.

3. Delivery Locations

• Designated Areas: Free delivery applies to popular areas such as Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Nusa Dua, Ubud, and Jimbaran.
• Additional Fees: If you are located outside these areas, additional charges may apply based on the delivery distance. Please check with us at the time of booking for a quote on additional delivery fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Timely Availability: It is important that the customer is available at the agreed location at the scheduled time for the delivery of the vehicle or service. If there are delays or changes, please notify Success Trans Bali promptly to make alternate arrangements.
• Accuracy of Information: Please ensure that the delivery address, phone number, and other contact details provided are accurate to avoid any delays in the delivery of services.

5. Service Availability

• 24/7 Availability: Success Trans Bali offers services available throughout the day. However, deliveries made after 11:00 PM or before 7:00 AM may be subject to additional fees or limitations based on availability.
• Last-Minute Bookings: For last-minute bookings, we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, availability may be limited depending on the time of day and vehicle options.

6. Delivery Cancellations or Changes

• Changes to Delivery Time: If you need to change the time of delivery for any service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate changes where possible, subject to availability.
