At Success Trans Bali, we strive to provide the best transportation services for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to ensure that you feel confident and secure when booking with us. Below are the terms and conditions for our Return and Refund Policy.
1. Booking Cancellations
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- No-Show: If the customer does not show up for the booking and fails to inform us, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds for Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In case of cancellations within 24 hours of booking, the partial refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy mentioned above.
3. Refund Due to Service Issues
If the service provided does not meet the agreed terms (e.g., vehicle breakdown, delay caused by Success Trans Bali’s fault), we will offer either:
- A full refund for the service, or
- An alternate transport solution at no extra charge.
In such cases, the refund will be processed as soon as the issue is resolved.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Last-Minute Bookings: No refunds will be issued for last-minute bookings, as the service is provided immediately.
- Booked Services Not Used: If the customer decides not to use the booked service after arrival (e.g., not requiring transport but still booking), no refund will be issued.
