Rental Requirements
- Copy of ID Card/Passport.
- Copy of Round-Trip Flight Ticket.
- Copy of Hotel Booking Invoice.
- Down Payment (DP): Rp. 500,000.
- Copy of Driver’s License (SIM A for Indonesian residents or an International Driver’s Permit for foreign visitors).
- Copy of Family Card (Optional).
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) Card (Optional).
- Take a photo with the rented car during handover.
Important Information
- After you fill out the form and make a reservation, our admin will contact you as soon as possible via WhatsApp using the contact number you provided.
- The reserved car may not be available. We will confirm if there is a need to switch to another vehicle.
- The rental requirements will be requested and sent via WhatsApp message.
- Our booking admin is available from 07:30 to 23:00 WITA. If you make a reservation outside these hours, our admin will confirm your booking on the next day.
- The price includes 1 car unit, basic insurance, and free delivery to Bali Airport, Kuta, Legian, Kedonganan, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua.
- Additional charges apply for delivery or pick-up in areas not mentioned above.
- A down payment of Rp. 500,000 is required once the booking is approved.
- The remaining payment can be made when the car is handed over to you by our staff.
Rental Terms
- The rented car must not be transferred to another party without the owner's permission, as stated on the Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK).
- The car cannot be used as collateral or pawned for any purpose.
- Violations of points 1 and 2 will be processed through legal channels, and we reserve the right to reclaim the car if these points or any other usage violations occur, directly impacting us.
- The car must be returned in the same condition as when it was first received by the renter. Any damages to the car are the renter's full responsibility.
- Late returns will incur a penalty of Rp. 50,000/hour for up to 6 hours. Delays beyond 6 hours will be charged a full-day rental fee.
- Loss of accessories, such as the car key or GPS device, is the renter's responsibility. Replacement costs will vary based on the accessory.
- Using the car on unsuitable terrains (e.g., off-road areas) is prohibited.
- Overloading the car beyond its capacity is prohibited.
- Using the car to carry passengers for profit (e.g., ride-hailing services) is prohibited.
